'This is my very own version of SURIGAONON RECIPE. I love eating this favorite LAW-UY recipe as we called in Surigao City. This is my comfort dish when I am tired of eating meat products. I usually add Pako instead of alugbati and string beans newly harvested in the farm very organic no bug spray, the superfood Malunggay and yellow Squash. This Recipe is very popular in Mindanao and other part of Visayas Region in the Philippines. I love to eat vegetables as I grew up living in the mountains with my grandparents. Vegetables are one of the best source of Minerals and Vitamins.
